Rover SD1 ‘Group 1.5’ - Race-ready with current HTP until 2028.
Built by marque specialist CCK as an homage to the 1982 BSCC TWR ‘Sanyo’ SD1s of Peter Lovett and Jeff Allam, specifically for the Goodwood Members’ Meeting’s headline Gerry Marshall Trophy.
Raced initially by the owner with development by world-renowned race car designer Adrian Raynard, this Goodwood regular has had no expense spared on it and is now presented in ‘race-ready’ condition, with current FIA HTP papers until 2028. Power is a John Eales-built engine running the correct fuel injection, and great time, effort and expense has gone into making this car a competitive and reliable machine.
Now ready to be a front-runner at the Members’ Meeting headline race the Gerry Marshall Trophy, Equipe 70’s, GTSCC Group 1, HRDC Group 1, Motor Racing Legends and Peter Auto.
